Are your shoes really indestructible?
While no material is truly eternal, our shoes are engineered with military-grade Kevlar and reinforced steel toes designed to withstand extreme pressure, punctures, and heavy impacts that would destroy standard footwear.
How do I find the right size?
Our shoes fit true to size for most customers. We recommend ordering your standard athletic shoe size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit with thick work socks.
Are the shoes waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our models feature water-resistant breathable mesh and treated fabrics. While they can handle splashes and light rain, they are not fully submersible unless specifically noted in the product description.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return them in unworn, original condition for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, we provide a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from daily use.
